Case Formulation: Outline
The student will draw upon their work from the annotated bibliography and create an outline on Case Formulation (a hypothesis that organizes information about the client). This outline will then be used later to help gather information about Jake, the textbook’s case study. The student will highlight the categories needed in order to complete a thorough depiction of the client and should focus on using a Christian worldview. The student should construct the information in outline form.
- The number of pages required: 3 (Note required: title, abstract, references)
