– Faults during grinding: 15 minutes per shift for the entire production process
– Grinding set-up time: 20 minutes per shift for the entire production process.
– The quality loss factor during grinding is 10%, i.e. 90% of the springs do not show any defects after
no defects after grinding
– After the grinding production process, the springs are directly fed into the tempering production process.
